After completing his primary education in 2011, Rahul Bhati took admission in class 6 in Aligarh's famous Dharma Samaj Inter College Aligarh for secondary education. Rahul Bhati used to take maximum interest in social and cultural programs since his student days and used to participate in them enthusiastically. While being a student, he won many prizes for his school by participating in various competitions. His special attachment was more towards scouting/guiding, he says that he was introduced to scouting in the year 2011 by his Guru Ishwar Das Verma, who is currently the district sports in-charge of Secondary Education Department, Aligarh. Rahul Bhati gave more attention to the social sector only through scouting, giving the status of first class to studies and second class to scouting. While doing social work from the year 2011 to 2016, on behalf of the Uttar Pradesh Bharat Scouts and Guides, in the year 2016, the then His Excellency the Governor of Uttar Pradesh Shri Ram Naik ji honored him with the State Award, the highest award of the state. After that Rahul Bhati had made a new name for himself in the society and at various places by his social work after completing his intermediate. Because of which people used to be eager to meet him, not only in Aligarh but people from the state, the country and even abroad were impressed by his works and are at present also. Rahul Bhati increased the scope of his social work after taking intermediate education. Because of this, various socio-political organizations increased their closeness to him. Rahul Bhati is currently decorated as a member / life member / office bearer in various social-sports and cultural organizations. If we talk about political background, Rahul Bhati has been an active member of the Indian National Congress for 11 consecutive years and at present he is the spokesperson of the Indian Youth Congress. Don't know how many national and international awards Rahul Bhati has received so far, which is making his popularity more beautiful. At the same time, due to his efforts to spread education, he has made a special identity for himself.
